1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@barbota.in or call 088501 66123 with your order details.

2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at info@barbota.in.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, discounted items, and customized/personalized leather products cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless it was received damaged/defective.

  • Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
